Terms and Conditions
This website (“Site”) is operated by EduSpring LLC, a Texas-registered limited liability company. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to EduSpring LLC. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use any services.
1. Website Use and Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our Site, submitting registration information, browsing program pages, or interacting with any features, you are acknowledging that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. If you are registering a minor child for any program or service, you affirm that you are the child’s legal guardian and have the right to provide such consent.
2. Services Provided
EduSpring LLC offers educational programs and enrichment services, including but not limited to after-school classes, summer camps, weekend workshops, and special event-based activities for children in Pre-K to 12th grade.
Program offerings, schedules, locations, age ranges, and capacities are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any service at any time without notice.
3. Program Enrollment and Eligibility
You may be asked to provide information including your name, your child’s name and age, medical history, emergency contact, and payment method when registering for any program.
Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed. EduSpring LLC reserves the right to deny enrollment or remove a participant from any program based on behavior, health, or other concerns that compromise the safety and integrity of the program.
4. Fees, Payment, and Refund
Fees for each program are listed on the Site and must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
We accept payment through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Square, PayPal, Zelle).
Refund policies vary by program and will be clearly communicated during the registration process. As a general rule:
A full refund (minus a processing fee) may be granted if cancellation is requested in writing 14 days before the program start date.
No refunds will be issued after the program has begun, except in documented emergencies at EduSpring’s sole discretion.
5.Attendance, Pick-up, and Behavior Policy
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of children. Repeated late pick-up may result in additional fees or removal from the program.
EduSpring promotes a safe, respectful environment. Bullying, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct by any child or adult may result in immediate dismissal with no refund.
6. Safety, Medical Emergencies, and Waivers
By enrolling in our programs, you consent to reasonable medical treatment being provided in the case of an emergency, and release EduSpring LLC and its staff from any liability related to injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.
We may require medical or allergy information for children to ensure a safe environment. Parents must provide up-to-date information during registration.
7. Media Release and Photography
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant EduSpring LLC permission to take photographs or videos of your child during programs and events, and to use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes in print, online, or social media platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, program names, and curriculum materials, is the property of EduSpring LLC and protected by U.S. copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduSpring LLC disclaims any and all liability arising from the use of this Site or participation in any programs. This includes, without limitation, damages related to loss of income, physical injury, or system failure.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our Site. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
